RETURNS

Our policy is valid within 15 days after signing. If more than 15 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The momwardrobe.com guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from.

In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect: 

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

Please note: The $9.99 special is a clearance sale item and is a money-losing sale, so no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@momwardrobe.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Normal priced items are refundable.

Coupon Codes 

-Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. 

-Only one code can be used on a purchase 

-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 12 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
